Jane Clark

Jane Clark has focused her practice on medical malpractice and personal injury claims for more than 20 years.  Jane is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, England and Wales.  She obtained a Bachelors degree in law from Leicester University, England and completed her legal training at the College of Law in Chester, England. She spent the first 10 years of her legal career working as a lawyer in the UK representing injured people in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

In 1997 she relocated her practice to the USA and, for a number of years, represented insurance companies and doctors as defendants in medical negligence lawsuits. This experience led to her achieving an understanding of defense strategies and the tactics they employ in medical malpractice cases which she now uses to benefit her clients.

In 1998 and 1999 shortly after starting her practice in the USA, Jane was named as a "Rising Star" by the Washington Law and Politics Magazine. She has served on the Pro Bono committee for the Washington State Bar Association and  currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Clark County Bar Association where she is also chairs the Continuing Legal Education Committee.

Jane frequently provides presentations to other lawyers on legal topics and is also an adjunct professor at Portland State University, where she teaches a course in Psychology and the Law.
