Josh Sherman dedicates his practice to representing patients/plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases. Prior to joining Jane Clark Legal, Josh worked at a defense law firm, where he defended healthcare professionals in medical malpractice cases and litigated other complex civil litigation matters. Josh is admitted to practice law in Washington and Oregon, and he regularly litigates cases in both states. He is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
Josh grew up in Portland, Oregon. He obtained his undergraduate degree from University of Oregon, double-majoring in history and economics. Josh received honors in economics and the Clio Award from the history department for outstanding academic achievement.
Josh graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2019. While in law school, Josh worked as a certified law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted cases on the federal misdemeanor docket.
